Snap Count Percentage

Percentage of a team's offensive plays a player is on the field for.

Full Definition

Snap Count Percentage shows what share of the team's offensive snaps a player participates in. For prop betting, this is a floor indicator — a player on the field for 90%+ of snaps has maximum opportunity, while a player at 50% is in a timeshare. Snap percentage is especially critical for running backs, where committee usage can tank rushing props. Always check snap trends over the last 3-4 weeks rather than season averages, as roles evolve.

What's a good Snap Count Percentage?

Above 85% is workhorse role, 65-85% is strong starter, 40-65% is committee/rotational, below 40% is limited role.
