Moneyline
A bet on which team will win the game outright, with no point spread involved.
Full Definition
Moneyline is the simplest bet type: pick which team wins. The favorite has negative odds (e.g., -150 means bet $150 to win $100) and the underdog has positive odds (e.g., +130 means bet $100 to win $130). Moneyline odds reflect the implied probability of each team winning. While not a prop bet, moneyline context matters for props because player performance correlates with game flow — players on teams leading comfortably may sit late, reducing their stat totals.
