HeatCheck HQ participates in affiliate programs operated by licensed U.S. sportsbooks including DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and Caesars Sportsbook. When you click a sportsbook link on our site and subsequently sign up or place a wager, HeatCheck HQ may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate revenue helps us keep HeatCheck HQ subscriptions affordable and our research tools accessible to more bettors. It does not influence our analysis, our picks, or our Heat Score model: we send you to the sportsbook offering the most favorable line for the recommended pick, regardless of which book pays us most. If an unaffiliated book offers a better price, that fact is reflected in our analysis.
How our recommendations work
Every pick on HeatCheck HQ is generated by our multi-factor Heat Score model, which evaluates 10 to 12 factors per sport (Statcast metrics, platoon splits, defense vs position, weather, bullpen impact, and more). The model output is independent of any sportsbook relationship.
When we display a "Place at [Book]" call to action, we have already used our bookmaker waterfall to identify which licensed sportsbook offers the most favorable line for that specific pick at that specific moment. The deep link routes you to that book with our affiliate ID attached.
Geographic restrictions
We only display sportsbook deep links to users located in U.S. states where the relevant sportsbook holds a valid sports-wagering license. If you are located outside a licensed jurisdiction, the "Place at [Book]" call to action will not appear or will be disabled.
Responsible gambling
HeatCheck HQ is for adults 21 and over. Sports betting carries real financial risk, and even the strongest model edges do not guarantee winning bets. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Bet within a defined bankroll. If gambling stops being fun, take a break.
